It's Good Enough for Popeye

SuperFood Saturday is here and what better food to mention then both my and Popeye's favorite, SPINACH!!!!!

Jam-packed with vitamins A, C, and K, folate, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, lutein, and fiber, spinach is one staple that everyone should incorporate into their diet.

This is such a versatile vegetable that it is a staple in my house and should be in yours as well. Steam it, sautรฉ it, or just eat it raw. Use this SuperFood for the base of a salad, add it to a sandwich, serve it as a side dish at any meal, or even add to a smoothie. You can't go wrong just serving it with a splash of lemon juice.
