As you may know, I love myself some Avocado Toast. As a matter of fact I eat either straight up Avocado Toast or this remix for breakfast, lunch or a snack at least 5 days a week!
I am excited to share this Eggcelent version with all of you. I have to admit as I shared yesterday I stumbled across this amazing store, The Salt Table in Savannah this weekend and picked up some Sriracha Salt which was a really awesome addition to this mornings breakfast! Don't worry you don't need the salt to enjoy this dish.
Serving Size - 1
- 1 slice Ezekiel Sprouted Grain bread
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg
- Season - sea salt, lemon, hot sauce
- Step 1 - toast bread
- Step 2 - mash egg and avocado in a bowl
- Step 3 - spread egg and avocado mixture on toast
- Step 4 - season with your favorite ingredients
Thats right folks, it is that easy!!!! A delicious meal of healthy carbs and health fats. Enjoy this for breakfast, lunch or a snack on the go. For those of you with a gluten sensitivity or looking for more of a crunch try this delicious mix on a Wasa Cracker.
