Since starting this blog I have been posting about #MeatlessMondays however I have not talked about where it started and what it really means.
Well, for me the reason I participate in #MeatlessMondays is for my health, for the practice and sense of community in the food and health world, but there are so many other reasons to take part in this weekly ritual.
