Sweet Pea, Mint and Basil Dip

Today's recipe comes with a whole lot of beauty. I have had the pleasure of working with the fabulous Annie Atkinson, beauty maven of She's in the Glow and contributor at Chalkboard Magazine, Refinery 29, Teen Vogue and more. 

When Annie and I met we immediately bonded over a love of yoga, food, beauty and the general idea of living a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle. It seemed like a natural fit for us to create some delicious, easy to prepare GLOWING recipes. 

One of my personal favorites is the Sweet Pea, Mint and Basil Dip. It is packed with health benefits, flavor and is very versatile. It can be enjoyed as a dip, spread on some toast (move over avocado), add it to a vegetable wrap, serve it under some scallops or add a scoop to a salad. You can do just about anything with this amazing dish!
