Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

After the success of the Banana Chia Pudding I wanted to share another delicious recipe to give your breakfasts a little variety. This recipe I created for the readers over at Shes in the Glow and they loved it! I have a feeling you will too. 

Apple Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding 


  • ¼ cup unsweetened all-natural applesauce
  • 1 cup dairy free milk (I like to use almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or other natural sweetener - optional)
  • 1/3 cup cup diced apple
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts

MIX THE INGREDIENTS. Place applesauce, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and sweetener in a sealed jar (mason jars are great). Shake well. Place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Serve topped with diced apple and walnuts and a dash of cinnamon.

Make this before bed and you won't have to worry whats for breakfast.
